Libya: Severe Style female head

Severe style head of a woman or goddess, precisely dated to 480 BC due to its context. Quite well preserved head, wavy hair parted in the middle, and held by a wide ribbon above the forehead. Almond shaped eyes, straight nose (missing end), mouth thin-lipped and closed; neck damaged. Marble.
